Goal: Develop a system to save on heating costs in rooms where there are no people for more than 30 minutes.
Technical task:
— Использовать ПЛК OWEN для управления системой отопления;
— Установить датчики движения для определения присутствия людей в помещении;
— Установить датчики температуры воздуха для контроля температуры в помещении;
— Использовать сервоприводы для управления кранами отопления.
To solve this problem, a device was developed that automatically controls the heating in the room depending on the presence of people and the air temperature. When there is no movement in the room for more than 30 minutes, the air temperature sensor gives a signal about the current temperature, after which the servos turn off the heating. However, the system does not allow the room temperature to drop below the set level. As soon as there is movement, heating is automatically restarted.
The developed system can significantly reduce heating costs in rooms where there are no people. This allows you to save energy resources and reduce the cost of maintaining the heating system. In addition, automation of the heating control process allows you to provide comfortable indoor conditions at minimal cost.
