Telegram bot for transfer

We have developed and successfully launched a telegram bot for intercity transfers in Crimea. The bot is designed for both clients and drivers. All applications go through the administrator - this is the client's wish. The client sends an application - all drivers see it, but only one can accept it. Statistics are kept. A website is linked to the bot, when an application is sent from it, the form also goes to telegram. In general, we have made many such bots and this is not the most difficult and big thing we have done, but overall the project turned out to be interesting.
