We have developed and successfully launched a telegram bot for long-distance transfers in Crimea. The bot is designed for both customers and drivers. All applications go through the administrator - this is the wish of the client. The client sends an application - all drivers see it, but only one can accept it. There are statistics.
A site is attached to the bot, when sending an application from it, the form also gets into the telegram.
In general, we have made a lot of such bots and this is not the most difficult and large thing that we have done, but on the whole the project turned out to be interesting.
